THE EVOLUTION OF L'AUBIER RELIES ON THE INITIATIVE OF THOSE WHO CARRY IT DAY AFTER DAY... WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN US?

L'AUBIER has about fifty employees, including thirty full-time. They form teams working in the following sectors:

At Montezillon :

  • Kitchen, table service
  • Reception
  • Hôtel, laundry
  • Farm, dairy
  • Administration
  • Buildings

At Neuchâtel :

  • Café-hôtel

The teams are required to work throughout the day. Members of staff have considerable autonomy along with responsibility for his post. Anyone wishing to take advantage of such responsibility may do so according to his ability. Personal and family situations are taken into account so that part-time jobs can be organized according to family and other needs.

Friendliness, enthusiasm, flexibility, teamwork and humour (yes, really!) are of utmost importance. The directors are always ready to discuss any subject with any employee who requests it.

We look for employees who will engage with us in furtherance of L'AUBIER’s aims, not just in order to have a job. It is therefore important to know what L'AUBIER is all about, its ideals, its struggles, its hopes and its successes.
